I work with Habitat Garda, where I handle brokerage and advisory for prime residences on Lake Garda, with a focus on Salò, Valtenesi and the Brescia shore.

My professional path began in advertising and communications before moving into real estate. I gained commercial and managerial experience in property auctions and distressed assets, building expertise in complex negotiations, legal procedures and asset enhancement. Today I take on a limited number of mandates and follow each one personally — from valuation and planning review to negotiation and closing. I draw on a network of selected professionals — lawyers, accountants, architects and designers — with proven experience, to provide complete and discreet advice. My approach is grounded in local knowledge and in long-standing relationships with owners, professionals and local institutions.
